Aisling Bea

Aisling was born March 16, 1984, at Kildare Ireland. She is one of Ireland's most successful and popular comedians. The comedian appeared on QI alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling CliodhnadhSullivan (born on March 16, 1984) is also known as Aisling bea she is an Irish comedian as well as a writer and actress. Following appearances in bits on a number of Irish and British TV shows from 2009, Bea began her stand-up comedian in 2011. In 2012, she began to appear regularly on sketch and sitcoms. After winning an award in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards she began being booked frequently for different panel shows, where she was a frequent guest. In 2016 and 2017 she served as a team leader for 8 Out of 10 Cats. Additionally, she was an actress on 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. The child was born to Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead is her younger sister. In 2012, she was the only woman in history to receive the So You Think That You're Funny award. Bea is her name in honour of her deceased father. Aisling Cliodhnadh'Sullivan' was born in Kildare town County Kildare on 16 March 1984. Bea's father Brian who was an equine vet who committed suicide after Bea turned three, was the suicide victim. Bea was informed of his suicide only after the age of thirteen. Bea was her stage name. Bea was a tribute for her father. Bea published an opinion piece in The Guardian, published in 2017 about her experiences of suicide. Bea as well as her sister Sinead, were raised in the home of Helen Moloney (n e Moloney) an ex-jockey as well as a teacher at a secondary school. Her family were racing and horse-related. Bea was initially an official guide for tourists at Irish National Stud. But she realized her true passion was doing and not racing.
